Acting as the lead software developer and key contributor on the Fit Small Business project, I personally spearheaded its optimization, catering to its 2.5M monthly users. My responsibilities encompassed not only managing deployments and conducting code reviews but also actively engaging in troubleshooting and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes, resulting in a 30% reduction in product delivery time.

In close collaboration with both the client and the design team during weekly meetings, I played a hands-on role in leveraging the powerful Genesis Framework to develop and integrate custom features tailored to enhance the engagement of the authoring team. I updated and maintained a multi-site quiz generator using MVC architecture and personally crafted a calculator generator tool using OOP. These efforts directly empowered authors to create diverse calculator types, significantly bolstering the platform’s versatility.
